Catch the Worry: Together we will explore when your child feels worried or overwhelmed and begin to recognise when their unhelpful thoughts appear.
Tame the Worry: Your child will discover how their worry stops them from thinking clearly and what they can do to calm their worries. Practical tools are shared so that they are able to ‘tame their worry’ allowing them to respond from a space of calm and clarity (…Meaning fewer feelings of panic and overwhelm!)
Take Charge: Your child will discover the secret trick that allows them to take control of their thoughts, rather than give their power away to the pesky worries. Power Tools are shared that will instantly help dissolve their worries so that they are feeling confident and ready to take action, creating positive changes!

Who is this for? This online session is specifically designed for children who are 5 - 10 years of age. That being said, children outside of this age range will also benefit from the tools and strategies shared. The session is designed in such a way that your child will easily be able to follow along by themselves, but feel free to join in on the fun too - so that you’re further able to support your them.
Duration: The session is roughly 40 - 50 minutes long, and this also allows time for the worksheets to be completed. The online session can either be completed in one sitting or if it’s more comfortable, then I’ve broken it down into three simple parts so you can take it at your own pace.
The session is easy enough for your child to follow along but feel free to join in on the fun! It’s also yours to keep for life, so you can replay and revisit as much as you like!
The tools and information shared will benefit your child to not only manage their feelings of worry and overwhelm but also face everyday challenges such preparing for an exam, going somewhere new or preparing for a competition.
How it works: Download the workbook prior to starting and kindly ensure that your child has a few colouring pencils or felt-tip pens too. For the very best experience please make sure that your child is as free from distractions as possible - and perhaps allow for a snack or two, too!
